1:1 training gets you face to face with our RXSG coaching staff, live on video chat. With the RX Method, we help people of all experience levels achieve skills like single, double, and triple unders. Learn isolation drills and transition skills catered to your unique strengths and weaknesses. Each 60 minute session is scheduled according to your availability.
We recommend 2-3 sessions to begin your private coaching experience. Recommended for the class: a correctly sized rope (see our sizing guide here or checkout our RapidFit Jump Rope), a PVC pipe or broomstick, and a winning attitude!

Coach Lauren has completely changed my mechanics through fundamental movement correction, practice and training programs.
