Shin guards 2.0
Bring back the original shin guards! These new ones do not have the neoprene strip sewn into them and it hurts so bad sliding down the rope with these on. They also don’t cover the shoelaces like old ones either.

Shin Guards 2.0
These shin guards do what they are designed to do but I feel that the fit is a bit off. When I follow the instructions exactly I end up with a good portion of my shin unprotected. No big deal... I just rotate them until my shins are totally covered but I was expecting these to be a bit better than my old "FitGuy" guards... I cannot say that they are.

no more scars!
Product is very easy to put on and take off! And it works amazingly well! No more torn up shins, so no more additional scars. And I gotta say it makes you feel more confident when you approach the box for box jumps!

They fit!
Tried several other products. Only the Rx shin guards fit around my lower legs easily. Great product and great price.

Better than the competition
I actually wore these backwards for several months until the fine folks here got in touch with me. Anyways with the seem of the canvas transition behind your shin these offer a good amount of protection for rope climbs. They're quite durable, as I said I've used them for a while and they haven't shown much signs of use. They're easier to put on than the last model, but I do miss the shin bone cover from that model as well. I'm not sure they'd save you from a wipe out during a box jump but that's outside the scope of this item. All in all I will both continue to use them and recommend them.
