Rx Jump Ropes are custom sized to each athlete's height. See "How to Size" tab for more information.
Rx Speed Ropes use an industrial grade multidirectional swivel axis bearing system producing a near frictionless rotation. Our patented swivel attachment allows for the cable to reach top speeds or slow it down to suit the athlete’s needs. The Rx philosophy is that it’s not about PURE speed but rather the RIGHT speed to suit each athlete’s tempo and timing.
The ergonomically contoured handles are 6" long and 1" in diameter to allow the athlete to maintain the most natural and relaxed grip. This reduces fatigue commonly experienced in the forearms and shoulders. The handle pinch points allow the athlete to gain pinpoint accuracy to maintain optimal rope shape. Common in most racquet sports, each handle is hand wrapped with the most absorbent tape grip in the world.
Includes Free Rx Jump Rope Bag
Offered in four cable weight variations, allowing the athlete to find just the right resistance amount to match their individual tempo and coordination level. This provides variation for athletes to mix up their training and force adaptation.

I will definitely be ordering another one.
Today was my first day to use it and I couldn’t be happier! I was able to string together lots of dubs that I have never been able to with store bought jump ropes! Such a comfortable feel in my hands and just felt natural!
Decided to make the jump (yes, pun intended) to purchase a rope of my own to work on both my single unders and double unders. I purchased the beginner rope and it has made a huge difference in my cadence and form. Definitely worth the investment.
I have tried many different brands of jump ropes and they've all had their drawbacks, mostly due to fast fraying or endlessly curling up even when stored properly. But this is light, fast and durable! I was worried I wouldn't be able to string as many double-unders together as with my thinner, uncoated rope, but it's a non issue.
best jump rope I tried it will definitely help me improve
