The Birdrock comes with tickle me pink handles and a teal cable. Includes a Rx rope bag.

Rx Jump Ropes use an industrial grade multidirectional swivel axis bearing system producing a near frictionless rotation. Our patented swivel attachment allows for the cable to reach top speeds or slow it down to suit the athlete’s needs. The Rx philosophy is that it’s not about PURE speed but rather the RIGHT speed to suit each individual athlete’s tempo and timing.

The ergonomically contoured handles are 6 inches long and 1 inch in diameter to allow the athlete to maintain the most natural and relaxed grip. This reduces fatigue commonly experienced in the forearms and shoulders. The contoured pinch points allow the athlete to gain pinpoint accuracy to maintain optimal rope shape while still allowing for a relaxed grip. Common in most racquet sports, each handle is hand wrapped with the most absorbent tape grip in the world.

Offered in four cable weight variations, allowing the athlete to find just the right resistance amount to match their individual tempo and coordination level. This provides variation for athletes to mix up their training and force adaptation.

All Rx Smart Gear products have been thoroughly inspected and found to be in proper operating condition upon shipment from the factory and are warranted to be free from any defect in workmanship and material that may develop within 60 days from date of purchase. Any part or parts of the jump rope that prove defective within 60 days shall be replaced without charge providing such defect, in our opinion, is due to faulty material or workmanship and not caused by tampering, abuse, misapplication or improper use. Using an Rx Jump Rope on concrete, asphalt, dirt, gravel or any other abrasive surface will automatically void the Manufacturer's Warranty. The purchaser takes full responsibility to return the product back to Rx Smart Gear, Inc. for inspection and/or repairs. Any alterations of the product made by anyone other than Rx Smart Gear renders this warranty null and void. *Color Disclaimer* Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color when reproduced to our website, actual colors may vary. Great jump rope

I am a bilateral below the knee amputee and never thought I would be one to buy a jump rope. Well, this girl got roped into CrossFit and did the open which of course required jump rope. My box had the RX smart gear jump ropes and hey they got me to jump rope again. So when I came to the realization that jumping rope wasn’t going to disappear from future WODs I should probably invest in my own and I am so happy I did. I got the intermediate which is heavy enough for me to feel where the rope is so I can jump. The product is definitely reliable and I plan on having this rope for a long time! I highly recommend for at least single unders….but then again double unders may be soon in my future!

I purchased the beginner weight and followed the instructions regarding height to order the length of the rope. It is a perfect size for me and the weight improved my speed. I highly recommend this product.
