Awesome rope helped increased my DU time and I actually am able to do a triple under now.

Whoa!
In a moment of bravery, and perhaps arrogance, I made the commitment to begin using the 'Kronos' rope exclusively for all my jump rope needs. While the maiden voyage was choppy, at best, I am ecstatic to have made the switch. Every workout I dial in my form a little more and crank out a few more turns; slowly but surely. I was previously using 'Beast' and thought of myself as a pretty cool kid, now that I have 'Kronos' I have been upgraded to 'that fool with the obnoxiously large rope'. If you are looking for a challenge and want to bring your ego down several notches, this is the rope for you.

Love it!
I was looking for a heavier jump rope, and Google led me here. I bought a Kronos and a Zeus to try them out. I was not sure about the spiral handles. I received the two jump ropes this morning and completed my first workout with them soon after. The Kronos is for sure a workout. I absolutely love both of them, and I am very happy with the spiral handles. Before buying these bad boys, I was considering ordering the Rogue (Fitness) PRO Jump Rope or the Rogue PRO Aluminum Jump Rope, but not anymore. I know it is only a question of time before I had the Poseidon and the Hades to my arsenal. I highly recommend the Kronos a heavier jump rope and for a great workout!

Kronos is a Workout
I use the Kronos, Hades, Zeus, Poseidon, and Elite ropes in rotation. They provide a terrific cardio workout. For some workouts, I use only one. Somedays I use each of them in succession, starting with the Kronos and moving down to the Elite. All in all, a truly fun workout.
