Sizing
Your Height + 3 ft. (92cm) = Rope Length
Below are recommendations to use if you are unsure of your rope length or you're looking to improve efficiency. An extra 3 feet is the absolute longest we recommend for you, but going shorter is advisable.

Hyper 1.3 and Uncoated Hyper – NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS.
Aircraft grade cable with PVC coating. Our lightest offering weighing only 1.3 ounces for a 9 foot length (excluding handles). Most comparable to traditional speed cables. The PVC coating does not retain memory and therefore uncoils nicely. This cable can produce the fastest cycle rate therefore the athlete must be extremely proficient at double unders. Recommended for advanced jumpers who can already turn 75+ double unders.
Ultra 1.8 – NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS
For anyone who can do between 75 and 100 double-unders in a row. At 1.8 ounces, this cable is light, meaning it spins quickly around your body. That’s great if you’re already quite comfortable jumping rope. If you’re still figuring out the best technique and rhythm, a heavier cable (either the Elite or Buff) is your best option. Made with the company’s signature aircraft-grade material.
Elite 2.6 – IDEAL FOR INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED
For anyone who can do between 75 and 100 double-unders in a row. At 1.8 ounces, this cable is light, meaning it spins quickly around your body. That’s great if you’re already quite comfortable jumping rope. If you’re still figuring out the best technique and rhythm, a heavier cable (either the Elite or Buff) is your best option. Buff 3.4 – IDEAL FOR BEGINNERS TURNING LESS THAN 50 D/Us. IDEAL FOR ADVANCED LOOKING TO INCREASE INTENSITY.
For anyone who does under 50 double-unders in a row. At 3.4 ounces, this is the heaviest cable in our collection, and the added weight gives you added control. By allowing you to feel the tension and resistance of the rope, you have time to jump out of the way, thereby improving your technique and body awareness. Warranty
All Rx Smart Gear products have been thoroughly inspected and found to be in proper operating condition upon shipment from the factory and are warranted to be free from any defect in workmanship and material that may develop within 60 days from date of purchase. Any part or parts of the jump rope that prove defective within 60 days shall be replaced without charge providing such defect, in our opinion, is due to faulty material or workmanship and not caused by tampering, abuse, misapplication or improper use. Using an Rx Jump Rope on concrete, asphalt, dirt, gravel or any other abrasive surface will automatically void the Manufacturer's Warranty. The purchaser takes full responsibility to return the product back to Rx Smart Gear, Inc. for inspection and/or repairs. Any alterations of the product made by anyone other than Rx Smart Gear renders this warranty null and void. Warranty period does not start until the date of delivery. *Color Disclaimer* Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color when reproduced to our website, actual colors may vary. How do I size my rope?

I am on the cusp of 2 sizes, which one should I get?
Our sizing chart goes by your height plus 3 feet, which provides plenty of slack. So when on the cusp of 2 lengths we recommend the shorter one.
