We wanted to provide our Rx customers with some fun and challenging jump rope workouts so we called in the big guns.  We reached out to 40 of our favorite CrossFit Games Athletes to get their input.  This list is literally a who's who of legendary and perennial CrossFit Games Athletes spanning from the Ranch in Aromas, to the Home Depot/Stub Hub Center in Carson and the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin. We asked them to submit their favorite jump rope workout whether it was one they've done in the past that left an impression, a piece they've programmed for their gym or from their own personal training. 
 
Inside you’ll find workouts of all types: short and long, light and heavy, high and low skilled, and everything in-between. Each workout has been handpicked by a legendary Games Athlete who truly embodies the spirit of Rx Smart Gear. Alongside each workout, you will see what program the athlete follows, or gym they are affiliated with. While some workouts may be for the elite, all workouts can be scaled and modified for even the everyday fitness enthusiast to enjoy.

    I was looking for more speed rope workouts and came across this list. It’s a great, modifiable list of double under and jump rope workouts of varying difficulty. I did 2 this morning and it feels better than about a four mile run. Great to have in the back pocket!
