As the Official jump rope partner of USA Boxing and in conjunction with the US Olympic Committee we are proud to present the custom branded USA Boxing jump rope. The USA Boxing jump rope proudly displays the USAB logo on Black Ops handles and will only be offered with Red, White or Blue cable options.
Rx Jump Ropes are custom sized to each individual athlete's height, for this reason please refer to the instructional link or video below on How-To Size Your Rx Jump Rope.
Rx Speed Ropes use an industrial grade multidirectional swivel axis bearing system producing a near frictionless rotation. Our patent pending swivel attachment allows for the cable to reach top speeds or slow it down to suit the athlete’s needs. The Rx philosophy is that it’s not about PURE speed but rather the RIGHT speed to suit each individual athlete’s tempo and timing.
The ergonomically contoured handles are 6 inches long and 1 inch in diameter to allow the athlete to maintain the most natural and relaxed grip. This reduces fatigue commonly experienced in the forearms and shoulders. The contoured pinch points allow the athlete to gain pinpoint accuracy to maintain optimal rope shape while still allowing for a relaxed grip. Common in most racquet sports, each handle is hand wrapped with the most absorbent tape grip in the world.
Offered in five cable weight variations, allowing the athlete to find just the right resistance amount to match their individual tempo and coordination level. This provides variation for athletes to mix up their training and force adaptation.
Rx Jump Ropes are custom built after your order is placed. Please note it may take 1-2 business days for your custom rope to be built.
*Colors may vary*

Good quality jump rope

I have jump rope for many years as a cardio exercise. For the most I used a typical rubber/plastic rope with bearings and large type handles, typically $10-$15 at your local sports store, this kind of typical plastic rope allows me to perform a few double unders, crossings and the works...I decided to buy RX rope (Elite 2.6) first because my hands get tired, second to increase my jump speed, and third because I prefer bigger handles. The Rx jump rope met all my expectations; my hands no longer get tired, its faster, and I like the size of the handles and the grip feels good. Be advised that it took a few jump sessions to get acquainted with the slightly faster pace (frequency) of the Rx Elite 2.6. The Rx Elite 2.6 is (in my opinion) a perfect next step from your standard bearing plastic jump rope. I suspect anything lighter (i.e. ultra or hyper) might be too fast and might give bad experience for jumpers not accustomed to the speed. I also purchased the ultra for a later time when I feel ready for it. I gave it 4 stars because its relatively expensive. I seem similar models for half the price at the local sports store but unfortunately I have not tried them, hence, I cannot comment in that respect. If you have the money and can already jump well with a bearing type jump rope, you will like this rope. P.S. The Rx elite 2.6 although its a plastic coated steel cable still allows me to preform crossings and the works, and of course double unders more efficiently.

Definitely a step up from your $25 ropes out there. The awesome thing is, replacement cables are only $13. The rope rotates on the handles so easily, and never binds up. The rope also has almost zero memory.
Fantastic Skipping Rope

In a time when every single rope being put out in the market seems to be for the sole purpose of doing double unders in a crossfit gym, its great to see that there is a product out there for the traditional athlete. The rope is weighted perfectly for doing all traditional boxing skipping rope tricks (including double unders). I highly recommend this product for combat sport athletes and other skipping rope enthusiasts interested in doing more than just completing sets of double unders in record times.
Overall I am pleased.

Use the RX rope (Buff Cable) I find it to be a perfect weight.
It turns well. I realize one of the key features of the rope is that it does not stretch. However, when doing multiple criss crosses at high speeds, a slight pull/stretch would be very advantageous. Perhaps in the portion where the cable hooks into the handle it could be designed for a slight "give" when whipping the rope for fast criss cross motions. I'm not sure if I'm explaining it well enough but I can when using a PVC or rubber the slight stretch is beneficial for fast crossing motions. Other than that I love the rope. I like the idea of varied sizes to choose from. I purchased a crossrope as well and you don't get the size options that RX ropes offer. The RX rope is my go to rope.
