Rx Jump Ropes use an industrial grade multidirectional swivel axis bearing system producing a near frictionless rotation. Our patent pending swivel attachment allows for the cable to reach top speeds or slow it down to suit the athlete’s needs. The Rx philosophy is that it’s not about PURE speed but rather the RIGHT speed to suit each individual athlete’s tempo and timing.
The ergonomically contoured handles are 6 inches long and 1 inch in diameter to allow the athlete to maintain the most natural and relaxed grip. This reduces fatigue commonly experienced in the forearms and shoulders. The contoured pinch points allow the athlete to gain pinpoint accuracy to maintain optimal rope shape while still allowing for a relaxed grip. Common in most racquet sports, each handle is hand wrapped with the most absorbent tape grip in the world.
Offered in five cable weight variations, allowing the athlete to find just the right resistance amount to match their individual tempo and coordination level. This provides variation for athletes to mix up their training and force adaptation.
Rx Jump Ropes are custom sized to each individual athlete's height, for this reason please refer to the instructional link or video below on How-To Size Your Rx Jump Rope.
Rx Jump Ropes are custom built after your order is placed. Please note it may take 1-2 business days for your custom rope to be built.

I'm new to Crossfit and have been chasing the ever elusive double unders for about a month now. My box uses these ropes, but trying to practice the skill outside of the box with a normal cheap rope wasn't helping whatsoever. I took the plunge and ordered one. The very day my rope came was the day I nailed my first DU. I'm just over a week in, but after some practice (locked in the server room at work on my lunch breaks!), can consistently nail every other jump with a DU and was finally able to incorporate them into a WOD last weekend to RX that sucker. Get one.

excellent product, surely the best jump rope out there, perfect for double unders. But the naughty pink is got really dirty in the first day of use. these ropes are being used in places that are not really that clean, so I would of taught they would be more resistant to dirt.

I don't have a clue what a double-under is, so clearly I am no authority. I skip regularly, though, for an aerobic workout, and I think my new rope from RX is awesome! My old rope kept getting tangled, as it did not have a bearing system, or a handle would simply fall off, disrupting my workout. My new rope has none of these problems! YAY! I probably should have got the next shorter size, but as my height fell between two, I picked the longer one which is a tiny bit too long. I don't think I could adjust that easily, and that is the only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5. It was really my error and not a problem with the rope.

I have tried developing double unders for about a year, and not able to connect them fluidly more more than 5 or so reps. I had tried someone else's Rx rope and fell in love. I ordered my own in this color and truly think it should be renamed, BAMF pink. Cuz this girls got double unders now. And that's pretty badass.
