  1. Wraps work better than any any others. 4 Star Review

Wraps work better than any any others.Although the following is negative criticism these are the best solution so far. I have tried many with very little success but these are almost 100% like natural grips. You need to be sure that the grips sit just right without wrinkles in the way. I still tore after about 40 strict and kipping MU. I think I need to reduce the amount of misting and that might help.

  2. Worth the $$ 5 Star Review

I've been working on strict false grip ring muscle ups, ring dips, and muscle up transitions for 6 weeks. These grips saved my wrists from going raw during the last 3 weeks. I wish I had these grips during the 1st 3 weeks because my wrists took a lot of punishment, which just finished healing. I achieved my 1st 3 muscles ups today and not a scratch on my wrists and palms. The grips easily fold back when transitioning to barbell work during circuit training. I highly recommend this product to anybody working on false grip muscle ups or doing high volume muscle up work. The suede is durable so far and I will definitely buy another pair when they wear out.

  3. Wrist Savers 4 Star Review

I use a false grip for muscle-ups and every time I complete a high-volume day my wrist is rubbed raw and it takes weeks to recover. These effectively address the problem and I have been able to train my muscle-ups more frequently than previously.

New users should really experiment with the placement on the hand. If the grips cover too much of the front of the hand, there may not be enough friction to hold onto the rings. I compensate for this by rotating the grip so it only covers my ring finger and pinky and my grip strength is retained.

  4. Great tool to safe your hands! 5 Star Review

I have been learning the False grip muscle ups and as you know those will tear the outside of your palms. These grips have allowed me to train to failure vice just tearing open my palms. Not a scratch since I have starting using these!
